DAYCARE CENTER PAYMENT
POLICIES AND CONTRACT SEPTEMBER 2009 - AUGUST 2010 CHILDCARE FEES are payable on or before Friday of the week prior to service. Fees are due every week in which the child is enrolled in the Center. The weekly fee applies to weeks with Holidays, snow days, sick days and/or days you choose not to send your child to the Center. You are entitled to 1 week of vacation per contract year. That week you are not responsible for child care fees. You must give a 2 weeks written notice that you will be taking vacation. Vacation is only valid for clients that register by 11/1/08. A LATE FEE of $20.00
will automatically be charged when a payment is more than 5
BUSINESS DAYS LATE. Another late fee of $25.00 will be charged if late by
10 business days. If no payment is received by the 15th business day your
account will be forwarded to our collection agency.
If the collection agency does not receive prompt payment this
contract will be terminated. A REGISTRATION FEE of $75.00 is payable at the time of initial placement. Registration Is only valid for a two week period. If a child is withdrawn and returns at a later date, an additional registration fee will be due at that time. Subsequent years, a RENEWAL FEE of $45.00 due the first day of September. Registration is non-refundable FEES are as follows: Infants (6wk-18m)- $220.00 per wk; $55.00 per day Four or Five full days - $165.00 per week Two or Three full days - $45.00 per day (2 day minimum) Preschool (9:00-11:45) - $35.00 per day (2 day minimum) Kindergarten - $175.00 per week with transportation; $40.00 per day (3 day minimum) School Age - $90.00 per week with transportation; $25.00 per day (3 day minimum) School Age -$165.00 per week
when school is closed or half-days two (2) or
more Days during any one
week. School Age - $30.00 fee is due when school is closed one day (holiday, snow day etc.) During the summer, winter and
spring breaks - all age children - $165.00/week; $45.00/day A Discount of 10% is offered to
the second child when a first child is enrolled full time. A Late Pickup Fee of $10.00
will be automatically charged for the first fifteen minutes of lateness,
with an additional $5.00 charged for each 5 minutes thereafter. Payment is due at time of pick up. SNOW DAYS -

Kindergarten & School Age students’ $30.00 In the event of EXTENDED ILLNESS:
the full fee is due for the first week of absence, half of the weekly fee
is due for 2nd/3rd weeks of absence, after three weeks, absence fees will
be waived beginning with the 4th week.
A registration fee will be due upon return.
Please hand any prescription
medications to be given to your child to the teacher in charge, with
instructions to place it in the refrigerator or the closet.
The parent should then fill out the necessary information on the medication
sheet. The bottle must
show the name of the child, prescription number, doctor and dosage
information. A $30.00 fee will be charged
for any RETURNED CHECKS. Two weeks written notice is
required for TERMINATION OF SERVICE.
